ORDERING & SHIPPING

How long does it take to get an order?  In general, Allow 5-12 *business* days (after the date of order) to receive your shipment(s). Note that most items in the shop are created at the time of order by a fulfillment company and then shipped directly to you, the customer. Supply chain issues continue to affect lead times, which makes it very difficult to predict whether an item will ship 2 days or 7 days after the date of your order. Please reach out to me if you have questions or concerns about lead times.

Note for Holiday 2023: There are not specific order cut-offs or guarantees for most products. The earlier an order is placed, the better. A suggested cut-off date for holiday orders is Dec. 12. Please remember that there is no guarantee for a particular product arriving in time for Christmas. This is because production times can vary, and no one can guarantee what might happen after a package is in the shipping process.

Do you offer expedited shipping?  At this time, we offer only standard shipping.

How much does shipping cost?  The prices you see are inclusive of shipping. So, if you order a t-shirt whose price is $23.95, your final cost will be $23.95 (plus sales tax, when applicable).

Can I cancel or change my order?  An order can be changed if it has not been processed/shipped. If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact us right away. An order that has already been processed/shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.

What is your return policy?  It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your order. We will take responsibility for any defects, workmanship issues, or errors on our end. We cannot take responsibility for errors made during the ordering process, such as wrong size or color chosen. Important: Please inspect your shipment within 14 days of receipt and let us know if there are any problems. 

Do you ship internationally?  By default, all products are available to ship to the United States. If you live outside of the U.S. and wish to place an order, please contact us to arrange for international ordering. Note that product costs will have additional shipping charges added for shipping outside of the United States.

Can I make a request if your store doesn't have something I would like to purchase? Absolutely! I love special requests and will do everything I can to get the artwork you want on the product you need.

Does your store collect information from me? This online store uses a Pinterest Tag to track customer behavior when a product is purchased through Pinterest Buyable Pins.

I live in Winona. Can I just pick up the products I want to order? In almost all cases, the product will be created and shipped at the time of order (this is called print-on-demand) from a production facility. So, for example, I do not generally have on hand things like aprons, mugs, and shirts -- but the good news is that there is a huge selection of products, sizes, colors, etc., available to choose from, and what you order will show up right at your door.
